Texas Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to present this nicely restored 1925 Ford Model T Delivery. This "special delivery" showcases custom woodwork throughout the doors and rear area. The paint has been done in a great shade of red. The engine  runs good. Be sure to play our video/sound clip. The gearbox and handbrake are also  functional. Remember, this is a model T and it is a challenge to drive unless you are very familiar with them. The exterior shows a great amount of time and detail spent restoring this Model T. Ford produced over 15,000,000 Model T's from 1908 until 1927, but none were like this one.

The wheels of choice are Ford's steel rimmed, wood spoked 21-inch wheels fitted with B.F. Goodrich Silvertown whitewall poly-bias tires all around (4.40/4.50-21 4-plys), including a spare tire.Model T's are often referred to as "Tin Lizzys" or "Tin Lizzies". This would be a great advertisement piece for a business. The interior has been restored in black vinyl upholstery. The doors are wooden and line up nicely with the rest of the cab. The temperature gauge consists of the classic Mercury filled radiator ornament. The pedals are intact throughout as is the rubber FORD mat.

The dash consists of an amp gauge and ignition switch. Under the hood panels is the stock inline-4. This previously rebuilt engine runs out good and is paired with the factory gearbox. Correct components are on display in this vintage Ford powerplant. The woodwork is extensive and shows very well throughout this Model T. Note the two-piece windshield and hand crank are intact. The undercarriage and suspension show the love and attention of this restoration. The suspension and underbody are in great condition, although dusty from storage. This Model T is currently on display at Texas Classic Cars of Dallas' showroom.
