This is a Custom Cab Chevy.
The bed has been updated with a latter step side unit from a 1994 Chevy truck.
The front end displays the classic style evident in the '62 to '66 model Chevrolet trucks. A unique fact is that chrome was not used on these trucks grilles. Deluxe trucks used high shine anodized aluminum, while the rest were painted. Restorers prefer to chrome them nowadays.

Engine options for 1966 ranged from a 235 six to a 283 V8. This truck has been fitted with a built, high performance 400 c.i. small block Chevy V8 featuring chrome, aluminum & more. This is a true 400 c.i. small block with engine suffix code TLD.

This powerplant has been dressed with Edelbrock finned aluminum valve covers. Induction is courtesy of an aluminum intake & Edelbrock 4bbl. carburetor. The cam sounds excellent. The engine is very streetable and is paired with a TH400 automatic transmission with a shift kit. Be sure to play our video to listen to this truck in action. The engine compartment itself has been finished in Dove Gray.

The undercarriage is solid throughout, displaying a good clean engine underside, solid flooring, framework, and the stout 12-bolt Chevrolet posi-trac rear end.

Fly Low or Fly High, many of our photos of this classic Chevy truck were taken at the historic Dallas Love Field Frontiers of Flight Museum, located only minutes from our showroom.

This classic Chevy rides on polished 15-inch Eagle Alloy wheels wrapped in Cooper Cobra tires sized at 275/40R17 on all four corners.
The spartan interior has been upgraded with leather seating & a tilt steering column, while retaining its vintage feel.

The dash is finished in Dove Gray along with the interior door panels. This dash retains its original speedometer cluster and is missing a radio.

The bed features a protective spray liner along with a polished compartment housing the fuel tank.

The truck underside features suspension work done including replaced ball joints, tie rod ends, and more. The brakes have been gone through as well. We have receipts for thousands spent on the mechanicals of this truck. The frame and flooring appears solid throughout on this dry climate truck.

The original truck identification plate is in place
