This is a
Fremont, CA built example that showcases original sheetmetal. Much of
the bright work was removed during the older paint work and is included.
We have the air conditioning compressor, condenser, drier, lines,
emblems, and trim pieces. See the photos below. We also have a new
replacement black carpeting kit in the box.

The interior has been fitted with custom blue and white vinyl upholstery
on the bucket seats and interior panels. The dash displays the original
gauges as well as the factory AM/FM Delco stereo.
Further inspection of the engine compartment will confirm a factory
thick firewall, inner fenders are core support. The original cowl
identification tag and vin tags are in place as well.
This is a running and driving example that needs to be brought to the
next level with time and attention. Close inspection of the paint will
reveal a simple job with a number of chips on a solid body. The owner
concentrated on the engine in this car, leaving the cosmetic work to be
done later.
The undercarriage showcases the 12-bolt differential and excellent
flooring and framework throughout. This has always been a dry climate
example and it shows. This car has had work done on the front end, and
power front brakes. The emergency brake is not hooked up.
This driver quality finish is in presentable condition, with a number of
paint chips, the body panels align correctly as well.
The "new" 1968 Chevelle and Malibu body would be the most aerodynamic of
all, with their long hood/short deck profile. This was a low, sleek, and
muscular machine indeed.
