The door panels and carpeting are clean and detailed. The door undersides are original and solid.
Closer inspection of the body will reveal a number of minor paint flaws on this exceptionally straight Impala. There is some checking beginning in a few areas along with  minor chip touch-ups. The doors, hood, and trunk lid fit correctly. The paint displays a nice gloss and smooth appearance. The body panels are straight. 

The brightwork has been professionally polished and shows well throughout this car. 

Under the hood, the cosmetics have been recently freshened up. The firewall, inner fenders, and core support are original and solid. The original trim identification tag is still in place as well. The air conditioning system needs work to function. This car is also equipped with strong power brakes and working power steering.

  The undercarriage is in good condition throughout. 

The trunk is solid.  

The black power top is clean and detailed, sealing up well.  

The Astro Ventilation glass is in good condition as well.
