significant cab and sheet metal styling change in
Chevrolet history, the new design of the '67 and up
Chevrolet Pickups gave new meaning to style in a utility
vehicle. This style would carry over into the 1969 model
displayed here. The 1969 model C-10
1/2 ton truck was basically a carry-over from the
freshly designed '67 with styling changes such as this
single headlight front grille assembly with Chevrolet
embossed into it. The correct Dark
Green finish is in excellent condition throughout this
dry climate Chevy. We have the original
warranty book with protect-o-plate and owner’s manual. Under the hood is
the beautifully detailed and reliable Chevrolet 327
2bbl. V8 engine. This power plant is paired with the
3-speed manual transmission. The bed has been
restored with new wood and strips. It is in excellent
condition as are the bed interior panels and tailgate. The painted bumper
was factory equipment according to the optional
identification decal still located in the glove box. Open the door to
1969. The interior features a restored bench seat in tan
vinyl. The factory gauges
are intact along with a three-spoke Chevrolet steering
wheel and an upgraded Kenwood CD Stereo. The door panels are
clean and detailed, as is the cab interior. Further inspection
of the engine compartment will confirm clean and
detailed sheet metal throughout the inner fender wells,
core support, and firewall. The undercarriage
showcases solid flooring and framework throughout along
with the stout factory rear end. The original
identification plates are in place.
