In addition to the body and paint restoration, this Plymouth sports a performance-built 318 4bbl. V8. This engine has been bored .030 over and is equipped with an aluminum performance intake manifold, Holley 4bbl. carburetor along with a performance cam. The exhaust gasses are expelled via ceramic coated headers to true dual exhaust for a healthy muscle car sound.

The engine was completely rebuilt. This includes replaced pistons, rings, bearings, cam, lifters, rebuilt 4bbl.cylinder heads, and more. The starter was rebuilt. The power steering pump has been rebuilt. The trunk weather stripping has been replaced. The battery has been replaced. The transmission has also been overhauled and a performance shift kit installed for crisp shift points.

The engine compartment displays very nice inner fenders as well as a solid firewall and core support

Closer inspection of the finish will confirm a quality paint job. The body panels are straight and clean throughout. The black base/clearcoat finish is complimented by a red wrap around rear stripe, reminescent of the Plymouth Duster/Twister model line. We have a new set of rear tail light lenses on order as well.
