1972 was the last of the 2nd generation
Chevelle and an iconic body style. Originally finished in
Burnished Copper Metallic, This example showcases quality
brilliant red base/clearcoat paint throughout today along
with black Super Sport striping.
Make no mistake; this is a mean Chevelle and a joy to drive
on the street
This muscular stance is thanks to Dunlop G/T Qualifier
radials sized at 215/70/R15 up front and 275/60R15s out
back. The wheels are stock 15-inch Chevrolet Rallys.
The interior features factory bucket seating & center
console. Sit down and let’s go for a ride!
The dash displays the original instrument cluster along with
a column mounted tachometer and performance white face
gauges mounted underneath the dash to monitor oil pressure,
voltage, and water temperature.
The roll cage makes for an easy entrance and exit from this
Chevelle.
The engine compartment displays this non-numbers matching
built 383 4bbl. stroker V8. This car was originally equipped
with air conditioning and the firewall box is still there.
The inner fenders, core support, and firewall are solid.
This is a dry climate car and it shows. The original option
identification tag is in place as well. Tasteful detail work
includes a chromed radiator support cover & chromed
alternator.
The exterior displays quality chrome bumpers front to back.
Also this Chevelle has polished wheel well molding. The body
is straight throughout, only minor chip touch-ups to note.
Ready for local shows, or as just a great weekend
driver/cruiser that will turn heads, this Chevelle shows
well throughout.
