A new composite nose piece was debuted in 1973.
Out of 30,464 Corvette's produced in 1973, only 4,943 were
convertibles.
The engine compartment features the non-numbers matching 350 cubic
inch V8 (casting # 3970010). This strong running V8 is equipped with
a 4bbl. carburetor and the correct ignition shielding and exhaust
manifolds.
The exterior displays original body panels throughout. The
headlights are functional as are the signals and brake lights.
This is an older repaint that has a number of chip touch-ups,
although presentable throughout. The fenderwells, doors, deck lid,
and hood line up correctly.
This stance is courtesy of the factory 15-inch Rally Wheels wrapped
in 225/70R15 radial tires.
The undercarriage consists of very nice original flooring and
framework throughout. The exhaust system was recently replaced and
sounds excellent. The frame shows no signs of corrosion damage or
repair. This is obviously a dry climate example. The spare tire
carrier is in place as well.
