Closer inspection of the finish will confirm an
exceptional solid and straight car with a good
driver quality finish. The paint has been
polished to a mirror finish, there are some chip
touch-ups and minor imperfection on closer
inspection.
Plymouths "E" Body Barracuda was born in 1970,
conceived with a lower, wider, more menacing
version of the "B" body design.
The interior features classic sport buckets
along with the center console. "Cuda badging is
prominent on both door panels. The dash displays
the original speedometer and gauges along with a
mounted tachometer near the speedometer. The
original AM Radio was removed and replaced by a
Realistik brand cassette stereo in the past.
The classic "sharks tooth" grille design is
desired among Mopar enthusiasts and muscle car
lovers alike.
Behind the shark grille, is this transplanted
340 c.i. V8. This street-friendly mill features
upgraded Edelbrock induction (carburetor &
aluminum intake) along with ceramic coated
header exhaust. Creature comforts were few in
the Mopar world circa 60s-70s, however this
Plymouth also features air conditioning, power
steering, and power front disc brakes.
Further inspection of the engine compartment
will confirm exceptionally solid inner
fenderwells, core support, and firewall steel.
Evidence of this cars original yellow finish is
evident if you closely.
The glass is in good condition on either side.
The door rubber has been replaced and the rear
window wipes appear to the be the originals.
Chromed sport mirrors have been installed.
The door panels are in good condition and the
door undersides are solid.
The undercarriage looks to be in exceptional
condition throughout.
This is your opportunity to own a very nice '73
Barracuda built into a classic 340 'Cuda!
